Request Account Deletion
Request deletion of an account and associated personal information used by the SGC Contracting / SGCM Field Service mobile application or SGCM customer website.
You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to submit a request.

Enter the email address associated with the account. We will review the request and contact you if we need to verify account ownership before deleting any information.
What happens to your data?
Information deleted
After verification and processing, we remove access to the requested account, its login credentials, and personal account profile data that is no longer needed for legitimate or legal purposes. We also review associated user data for deletion or de-identification where applicable.
Information that may be retained
Certain historical work orders, labor and time records, job notes or photos, signatures, material and expense records, transaction records, or security logs may need to be kept for accounting, legal, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate recordkeeping reasons. Where practical, we remove or de-identify personal account details while preserving necessary business records.
Retention period
Retained records are kept only for the period needed for the applicable legal or business purpose. The duration varies by record type and applicable obligations; no single fixed period applies to all records. You may ask us for the retention period that applies to your specific records when submitting your request.
